User Agreement

L2VIBE.COM Terms of Service

This Agreement governs the use of the L2VIBE.COM website and gaming service. By registering and using the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them in full.

1. General Provisions

L2VIBE.COM is a gaming project provided on an “as is” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service and to update game content and rules without prior notice.

2. User Account

You must provide accurate information during registration and are fully responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Any actions performed through your account are deemed to have been performed by you. You must immediately notify the administration of any unauthorized access.

3. Code of Conduct

The use of third-party software, bots, exploits, and in-game vulnerabilities is prohibited. Insults, threats, spam, advertising of third-party projects, and any actions that violate applicable laws are also prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without compensation.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

In-game items, currency, and services are virtual assets, have no real-world monetary value, and do not become your property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use them within the service. Selling or exchanging accounts and in-game assets for real money outside the service is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The administration shall not be liable for technical failures, loss of game data, actions of third parties, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes have been made, you accept the revised version.
